ABOUT

We Train the Way We Were Trained — With Real Stakes in Mind.

Health & Care Concept Inc. is an AHA-authorized training provider built on clinical expertise, a passion for education, and a commitment to making high-quality life-saving training accessible to all.

Our Story

Health & Care Concept Inc. was founded by Ebeny and Doreen Ekwerike — a husband-and-wife team who combined their backgrounds in nursing and business operations to create something the Dallas–Fort Worth area needed: a truly practitioner-led certification training company.
The idea was straightforward. Doreen had spent over two decades as a registered nurse across acute care, behavioral health, and outpatient settings. She had seen firsthand what it meant when a healthcare professional froze in a code because their training hadn’t been realistic enough — and she knew she could do better.
So they built a training program where every class is taught the way clinical experience demands: with precision, confidence, and the understanding that the skills learned here are the skills that save lives.
Today, Health & Care Concept Inc. provides AHA-authorized BLS, Heartsaver, and ACLS training throughout the DFW area — on evenings and weekends, because that’s when the people who need it most are actually available.
MISSION

Our Mission

To make high-quality, clinically grounded emergency cardiovascular care training accessible to every healthcare professional and community member — delivered on a schedule that respects the demands of a clinical career.
VALUES

What We Believe

01

Competence Builds Confidence

We don’t just check boxes. Every student should leave genuinely prepared to respond in an emergency — with the muscle memory and mental clarity to act when it matters most.
02

Accessibility Matters

Life-saving skills shouldn’t require taking a day off work or driving across the city. We schedule classes around real healthcare schedules — evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
03

Clinical Knowledge is Non-Negotiable

Our instructors are nurses. We teach resuscitation algorithms, team dynamics, and airway management the way they actually function in a clinical environment.
04

Every Student Deserves Real Instruction

We keep class sizes small intentionally. Every student gets direct instructor feedback, hands-on skill practice, and the ability to ask real questions.
